Still working on it. not that happy with the face in the figure in the foreground, also questioning the heart on a stick. I think it is trite....actually my original title when I first started working on this was " i know the heart is trite", but when I wrote it down it looked like "I know the heart is true". Hmm, am I receiving a message that I should be paying attention to?

"Heart On A Stick" better yet, "Broken Heart On A Stick"......I use hearts ALL the time and "broken" hearts too...Good Hispanic iconography, Loteria Cards, Milagros, and such...It's NOT as trite as you think...it's passionate, and "soulful"...

Thanks for looking at my blog. When I saw the heart I thought it might be a flower. A heart in bloom is a nice thing, surely. Very interesting work!
